These terms explain your digital purchases, permitted use of recordings, our 30-day refund guarantee, and the responsibilities that come with using Panther25 Media.

Agreement and website operator
Panther25 Media (“we,” “us,” and “our”) operates Panther25Media.com. By using our website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any applicable policies linked here. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use our digital products. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Our products
We offer downloadable educational audio recordings about art, collecting, sports memorabilia, authentication, market history, and related topics. Each product listing identifies the recording and its current price. Complete Collections is a package containing the seven audio recordings identified on its product page. No physical items are shipped.

Ordering and payment
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be shown during checkout before you place your order. You agree to provide accurate purchase and contact information and to use a payment method you are authorized to use. Orders are subject to successful payment authorization and confirmation. We may cancel or refund an order affected by an obvious pricing or technical error or suspected unauthorized activity.

Delivery of digital recordings
After a successful purchase, digital access or a download link is provided through the checkout or order confirmation process. You are responsible for using a device and software capable of opening standard audio files and for maintaining access to the email address used for the order. Download links may be subject to reasonable technical or security limits. If delivery fails, please contact us for assistance.

Personal listening license
Your purchase gives you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to download and listen to the purchased recording for your own personal, noncommercial use. The recording and all associated intellectual property remain owned by Panther25 Media or the relevant rights holders. Purchasing a file does not transfer ownership of its copyright or grant commercial distribution rights.

What is not permitted
Without written authorization, you may not resell, share publicly, upload for public access, distribute, sublicense, broadcast, commercially exhibit, republish, or make copies for other people of our recordings. You also may not remove copyright notices, misrepresent the source of the content, or use the site to engage in fraud or unlawful conduct. Rights specifically granted by applicable law remain unaffected.

30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for eligible audio purchases, including individual recordings and Complete Collections. You may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase even if the recording has already been downloaded. Requests are made through our Contact page. Our recordings are provided for general education and discussion. They do not provide professional appraisal, certification of authenticity, legal advice, financial advice, or personalized investment recommendations. No guarantees of value or outcomes
We do not guarantee that any particular artwork, autograph, card, collectible, or memorabilia item is genuine, will retain its value, can be resold at a certain price, or will appreciate. References to market trends, auction houses, authentication services, or individual collectors are informational and do not guarantee any result or constitute an endorsement of a particular purchase.

Accuracy and changes to content
We aim to describe our products accurately, but educational recordings may contain opinions, historical interpretations, or information that later changes. Transcripts, product descriptions, and website information may be corrected or updated. If a material product description error affects your purchase, contact us so that we can help resolve it in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

We work to keep the website and download process available, but occasional maintenance, outages, and technical problems may occur. If you cannot access a purchased recording, contact us so we can help restore delivery or address the purchase under our Refund Policy. We do not promise uninterrupted website access.

To the extent permitted by law, Panther25 Media is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses resulting from reliance on educational material or temporary interruptions to the website. This provision does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited, your statutory consumer rights, or your rights under the 30-day refund guarantee.
