Our 30-day guarantee
Panther25 Media offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on purchases of our downloadable audio recordings. You may request a refund for an eligible purchase within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. You do not have to provide a particular reason to qualify within that period.

Which purchases are covered
The guarantee covers individual audio recordings and the Complete Collections audio package purchased directly from Panther25 Media. It applies to the amount paid for the product or package being refunded, including any applicable sales tax attributable to that refunded purchase. Purchases made from an unaffiliated seller are subject to that seller’s terms.

Downloads do not affect eligibility
Because our products are digital, there is nothing physical to return. You may still request a refund during the 30-day period if you have already opened, downloaded, or listened to a recording. You do not need to prove that a file is defective to use the guarantee.

How to request a refund
Email Support@panther25media.com within 30 calendar days of purchase to request a refund. Include the name or email address used at checkout, your order number if available, and the title of the recording or package you want refunded. You may share the reason for your request if you wish, but it is not required for a timely request. You can also reach us through our Contact page.

Multiple recordings and packages
If your order contains several individual recordings, please tell us which item or items you want refunded. Complete Collections is sold as one package containing seven recordings; a refund of that package applies to the full package purchase, not individual tracks within it.

Refund method and timing
Once we approve an eligible refund, it will be sent to the original payment method where that method is available. We do not require you to accept store credit instead of an eligible refund. Your bank, card issuer, or payment service determines when the credit becomes visible in your account. If the original payment method cannot accept the refund, we will contact you about an appropriate alternative.

After a refund
When a purchase is refunded, your license to use that recording or package ends. Please stop using, sharing, or accessing the refunded files and delete any copies you have kept. This does not affect rights you cannot waive under applicable law.

Requests after 30 days
The voluntary 30-day guarantee ends 30 calendar days after your original purchase. After that period, requests may be considered individually, particularly for delivery problems, duplicate charges, or other circumstances. Any rights or remedies provided by applicable consumer protection law remain available regardless of this policy.

Problems with a download
If you receive the wrong recording, cannot access your file, or have trouble using a download link, please use our Contact page. Include your order information and a brief description of the problem so we can help with access, replacement delivery, or a refund as appropriate.
